Paola didn't start in real estate. Here's how she got here, in the order it happened.
Who you're working with. PG Homes is the name Paola Gramajo uses for her real estate and investment work across Central Texas. She is a licensed Texas real estate license holder, TREC License #768255. You'll always know who is buying, who is listing and who represents whom, in writing, before anything is signed.
Starting out in delivery work
Before real estate, Paola worked in delivery. Her move from there into investing is the story she tells on the DealMachine podcast.
Investing since 2020
Paola started buying property in 2020 and learned the business from mentors: talking with sellers, valuing houses and working out what each one really needed.
Hundreds of closings later
Her focus is houses that need work: taking a home that needs some TLC and turning it into somewhere someone wants to live, whether that is a first home for a new buyer or the one they always wanted.

Paola holds Texas Real Estate Commission license #768255, so she can also help clients buy and sell traditionally.
Expanding into land
In 2025 she widened her investment focus to include larger tracts of land.
