The properties

Ten recent houses, three views each.

Paola has been buying since 2020 and has closed hundreds of properties, so this is a sample rather than the full list. Purchase prices and terms are not published. If yours looks like one of these, send it over.

What they have in common

Tired, dated, empty or inherited.

None of these needed to be cleaned up before Paola looked at them. Here is what she is actually looking for.

Single-family houses

Three-bed, two-bath Texas stock from the 1950s to the 1990s is the core of it.

Work needed

Roofs, foundations, kitchens, or simply forty years of nothing being touched.

Empty or inherited

Houses sitting vacant, rentals that have run their course, and estates being settled.

Land and lots

Vacant lots and houses that are worth more for the ground they sit on.

FAQ

About these houses

No. This is a sample of recent purchases, shown so you can see the kind of property Paola actually buys. She has been investing since 2020 and has closed hundreds of properties.

Yes, and worse. Dated kitchens, tired roofs, overgrown yards, tenant damage and houses that have sat empty are all normal. You do not need to clean, repair or stage anything. Send yours over.

That depends entirely on the property, and Paola is upfront about how she gets to a number. Purchase prices are not published here. Send the address and she will walk you through the maths.

Most are renovated and sold on, some are kept and rented, and a few are worth more as land. Investors who want first call on them can join the buyer list.

Those two metros are the focus, but Paola buys across Central Texas: the list here includes Killeen and Temple. See where she buys.
