Austin metro
Older in-town neighborhoods where the house is worth less than the lot, 1960s–1980s stock that has never been updated, and land on the edges of the city as the metro keeps spreading north and east.
Our presence
PG Homes buys across Central Texas, with the focus on Austin and San Antonio and the cities around them. A tight patch is the point: it means knowing the streets, the buyers and what a property is worth once the work is done.
The two metros
Sellers in these areas can send a property over, and investors buying in these areas can get on the buyer list. Same two maps, both directions.

Historic homes near downtown, established neighborhoods inside and outside Loop 410, and the corridor towns heading back up toward Austin. Older housing stock means more properties that need real work.
Outside these areas? Ask anyway. Paola would rather tell you straight away that a property is outside her patch than leave you waiting.
The corridor
Austin and San Antonio sit at either end of the same stretch of I-35, and the towns in between behave like one housing market. Working both ends means a property in Kyle or New Braunfels has buyers from either direction.

Market snapshot
Published figures, not Paola's own numbers. They're useful context for what a property is likely to do on the open market before you decide how to sell it.
| Measure | Austin | San Antonio |
|---|---|---|
| Median cut from the first list price | 5.4% | 4.6% |
| Texas average time on market, homes sold | 70 days | |
| What that means for a house needing work | Buyers using a mortgage struggle with major repairs, so those houses sit longest and get cut most | |

FAQ
Central Texas, focused on the Austin and San Antonio metros and the cities around them, including the I-35 corridor towns. If your property is nearby but outside those areas, ask anyway.
Those two metros are the focus. Paola would rather tell you straight away that a property is outside her area than keep you waiting.
It can. Condition, title and your timing usually matter more, but location affects who the end buyer is and what a property is worth once work is done.
Yes. Vacant lots, larger tracts and houses that are worth more as land are all worth sending over. More on land and tear-downs.
