What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we collect what you type in: usually your name, phone number, email address, a property address or area, and any details you choose to share. Agent forms also ask for your brokerage. Investor forms record the buying criteria you select.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and performance. This site does not use advertising cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored only in your own browser.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry about a property, a referral or an investment opportunity.
  • To call or text you, if you ticked the box that says it's OK. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
  • To keep a record of inquiries so nothing gets lost.

We don't sell your information or share it for other companies' marketing. We only share it when needed to help with your request (for example with a title company or brokerage once you choose to move forward), or when the law requires it.

How form messages are handled

When you send a form, the message is processed by Basin (usebasin.com), a form-handling service, which emails it to us and records it in a private Google Sheet that only we can access. Basin and Google therefore process the information you send, on our behalf. We keep these messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry. Please don't send bank, Social Security, account or card numbers through the website.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as they're useful for the conversation and our business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing gramajoinvestments@gmail.com. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
